Tony brings with him extensive experience in the technical and executive leadership functions in the IT Services Industry since 1980. Prior to starting OPTEAMIX, Tony was the President of North American Operations and Global Delivery and Corporate Executive Vice President for CIBER Inc., (a $1.1 Billion Global IT Services and Consulting Company headquartered in Greenwood Village, Colorado). During his 11 year tenure at CIBER, Tony was key to re-engineering CIBER’s global delivery practices and go to market approach on a global basis.

Prior to CIBER, Tony was founder and CEO for Q DATA’s business in the USA (An $800 Million Global IT services, Consulting and Software Product Reseller Company in South Africa – Listed on the Johannesburg Stock Exchange – now Business Connexion). Tony was one of the initial members of the startup IT services company Data Trust, which later formed the Q DATA Ltd. Group of Companies. Tony served on the board of Q Data Consulting and two other Q DATA companies in Johannesburg, South Africa.

Tony started his IT career as a Systems Analyst after qualifying in Computer Sciences from the University of Witwatersrand in Johannesburg.

Raghurama Kote (known as Kote) is a dynamic personality who is a firm believer in translating business vision into measurable objectives. Kote’s keen sense of business acumen is an outcome of his leadership roles as President of CIBER India, Founder and CEO of Iteamic, and as a Senior Partner at Ivega Corporation. Prior to joining Opteamix, Raghurama Kote was thePresident of CIBER India, following the acquisition of his company Iteamic by NYSE listed CIBER.  At CIBER, he was part of a seven member Executive Committee which constituted CXOs and three business unit leaders. As President and Member of the Board of CIBER India, he was responsible for the leadership, strategic direction and operational management of CIBER’s Global Solutions Center in India with over 1350 people.

Kote is deeply passionate about providing basic needs of health, education and shelter for the underprivileged in India. He is the founder of "Right to Live" www.righttolive.org a social technology platform governed by transparency online wherein the less privileged would connect with financial donors, hospitals, doctors, government, charitable organizations and corporations.

Kote is a Bachelor in Engineering with specialization in Computer Science and Engineering, and has 20 years of experience in India and overseas in the IT Services Industry.  Simplicity, integrity and the ability to carry his team along with him have helped Kote build strong client relationships, create a transparent work environment and mentor successful leaders.  He brings with him a wide range of experience in leadership and global delivery.  He is well known for his people management skills, beliefs and philosophy of treating each person how he would like to be treated.

Niyogi is an energetic personality with 18 years of experience in Software Services and knows how to build an organization and demonstrate growth. Prior to Opteamix, Niyogi served as Senior Vice President – Client Services at CIBER following the acquisition of Iteamic Private Limited, a company he co-founded in 2003 and for which he served as a Senior Partner. At Iteamic, Niyogi was responsible for Software Delivery, Client Services and Business Development.

Under Niyogi's leadership Iteamic met and exceeded its milestones for people development, client satisfaction and financial growth. Iteamic received CMMI Level 3 and ISO 27001 certifications and recognition for its growth and success from two of India’s leading IT industry trade bodies – NASSCOM and STPI.

Niyogi is an expert in delivering value to clients using Global Delivery Model in software development and maintenance. He has been successful in servicing multinationals in North America, UK & Switzerland.

Shrinivas Ramanujan (Rama) is responsible for end to end service delivery at Opteamix. Rama brings over 20 years of experience in program management, business process development, software development and client management.

Prior to Opteamix, Rama was a Delivery Director with CIBER (a $1.1 Billion Global IT Services and Consulting Company headquartered in Greenwood Village, Colorado). At CIBER he played a pivotal role in managing CIBER's US West Coast clients and in establishing the Agile methodology as part of Service Delivery. Prior to this Rama has worked with companies such as Wipro, Siemens, Hexaware Technologies and Aptech.

Rama is a Certified Scrum Master, Certified Scrum Practitioner and Agile Practice Lead. He holds a Bachelor's degree in Engineering from National Institute of Technology (Raipur, India) and a MBA from TAPMI – TA Pai Management Institute (Manipal, India).
