Desired Candidate Profile

  • Experience in successfully selling IT services or technology outsourcing services to US based organizations
  • Proven track record of achieving sales revenue targets and new client acquisition
  • Must have a good network and should have dealt successfully with C-level executives, decision makers, hiring managers and/or HR/Sourcing managers
  • Must have a good understanding of customer decision-making criteria which pertains to consulting, enterprise solutions, Global Delivery Model (offshore/outsourcing)
  • Experience working in small as well as large corporates
  • Strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills

Job Description

Opteamix is looking for a hands-on and result-oriented Business Development Professional with experience in IT services sales to join our team at our headquarters at Centennial, Colorado. The primary responsibility of the individual would be to achieve sales revenue targets and acquire new clients.

  • Achieve monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets established by the organization, and execute business development / sales strategies
  • Manage end-to-end sales process (including generating leads and prospecting) to build an optimal sales pipeline
  • Reach out to executives and decision-makers to introduce Opteamix’s services, establish good working relationships, and win business
  • Develop strong and long-term relationships with client throughout the engagement
  • Act as a bridge to ensure smooth transition between clients and Opteamix delivery team during the initial phases of engagement
