How we support diversity
To drive our commitment towards a more diverse and inclusive environment, the emphasis lies in attracting and hiring talented people who are a mix of genders, races, abilities and experiences – people who make up the vibrant world we live in.
We put this into practice by carrying out fresher drives at colleges, partnering with vocational training institutes, organizing hackathons, sponsoring and attending conferences and events, participating in workshops and on panels, and supporting organizations and initiatives that provide equal opportunity for all people. How we are investing in underrepresented communities
