Job Responsibilities

You will play an important role in coordinating for Learning & Development, and Employee Experience activities of the organization.

Responsibilities

  • Select appropriate training methods or activities (e.g. simulations, mentoring, on-the-job training, professional development classes)
  • Market available training to employees and provide necessary information about sessions
  • Gather feedback from trainers and trainees after each educational session
  • Maintain updated curriculum database and training records
  • Measure employee’s knowledge by issuing assessment tests and quizzes on course materials
  • Create printed and instructional materials to be used in training
  • Coordinate with the Marketing team and get internal marketing materials about training programs prepared to be distributed within the company
  • Conduct organization-wide training needs assessment, and identify skills or knowledge gaps that need to be addressed
  • Conduct post event survey with employees to gauge the success of the events being organized
  • Coordinate with vendors, and promote Employee engagement events internally
  • Coordinate with various teams and spread awareness about the events being organized

Requirements

Experience

  • The candidate must have at least 2 years of experience in coordinating L&D programs in an IT company.
  • Coordinating Employee engagement programs and a knowledge of conducting events is preferable.
