Job Responsibilities

Opteamix is looking for accomplished account executives with business development skills that can help us expand our business and win new clients.

  • Sell Software Development, Maintenance, Testing, Test Automation, and RPA services that Opteamix offers.
  • Achieve sales targets as established by the organization
  • Manage the end-to-end sales process (including generating leads and prospecting) to build an optimal sales pipeline
  • Develop and nurture long-term relationships at multiple levels with prospective clients to identify new business development opportunities
  • Collaborate with the Pre-sales, Technology, and Global Delivery teams to craft suitable solutions and compelling proposals
  • Manage customer expectations and contribute to a high level of customer satisfaction



  • Proven experience in selling IT services nationally for 2 to 10 years with a software services firm
  • Experience in selling IT services to technology leaders, business owners, and C-level executives
  • Demonstrated track record of achieving sales revenue targets and new client acquisition
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Knowledge of software services, market trends, industry, competitors, latest technologies & business models
  • Understanding of customer decision-making criteria as it pertains to technology consulting, enterprise IT solutions, etc.
