Job Responsibilities

  • Sell Software Development, Maintenance, Testing, Test Automation, and RPA services that Opteamix offers.
  • Achieve sales targets as established by the organization.
  • Manage the end-to-end sales process (including generating leads and prospecting) to build an optimal sales pipeline.
  • Develop and nurture long-term relationships at multiple levels with prospective clients to identify new business development opportunities.
  • Manage customer expectations and contribute to a high level of customer satisfaction.


  • Proven experience in selling IT services nationally for 2 to 5 years with a software services firm.
  • Experience in selling IT services to technology leaders, business owners, and C-level executives.
  • Demonstrated track record of achieving sales revenue targets and new client acquisition.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Knowledge of software services, market trends, industry, competitors, latest technologies & business models.
  • Understanding of customer decision-making criteria pertaining to technology consulting, enterprise IT solutions, etc.
