Job Responsibilities

  • Responsible for end-to-end sales cycle management and results, including sales strategy, business planning, forecasting, and execution.
  • Responsible for new business acquisition and building and managing a deal pipeline of high-revenue accounts.
  • Develop and nurture contacts at multiple levels to identify new business development opportunities.
  • Define and refine the communication of services and unique business value to C-level executives, business owners, and technology leaders.
  • Orchestrate the sales process to closure by directly collaborating with client contacts, sales executives, pre-sales, and delivery teams.
  • Build and manage the sales organization – Hire sales staff and manage operations, budgets, and resources to deliver profitable growth.
  • Achieve sales targets as established by the organization.

Requirements

  • Minimum 12 years of sales, sales management, or sales operations experience in an IT services firm.
  • Record of high-value deal closure and successfully fulfilling multi-million-dollar sales target with a blend of current customers and having to open new accounts.
  • Experience in selling IT services to technology leaders, business owners, and C-level executives.
  • The ability to directly sell and manage a high-performance sales team is essential.
  • The ability to build and expand the sales team with aggressive and successful sales personnel.
  • Knowledge of market trends, industry, competitors, recent technologies & business models.
