Lead Software Engineer

• 2-3 years of experience in developing and deploying Robotics Process Automation (RPA) solutions using Automation Anywhere
• 5-6 years of developer experience in scripting (VB, Python etc.)
• Involve in designing & development of bots
• Ability to understand the business process and automate them to meet the requirements
• Must be quick to adapt other RPA tools
• Create & maintain documentation of the automation processes
• Create test cases to test the automation with positive & negative scenarios
• Hands on experience with Automation Anywhere (A11 or A2019) RPA tools
• Knowledge in consuming Rest/Soap API
• Participate in design and requirement discussions along with the Architect
• Coding, unit testing and reviewing code
• Follow automated unit test and code review process
• Support QA for bug fixing
• Ensure timely releases

• Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
• Sharp and smart, good troubleshooting skills
• Should possess time management skills and should be able to work under serious deadlines
• Should have a prior experience of discussing approaches with client and providing solutions
• The candidate should have an ability to work in a team environment as well as work individually, should be a self-starter.
• .Net development experience
