Job Responsibilities

  • Provide sales support on new opportunities, proposal development, solution design, contracts, etc.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Technology, and Delivery teams to submit solutions/proposals /contracts to prospects and customers.
  • Build in-depth knowledge of existing clients’ business priorities, challenges, and initiatives to translate them into solution opportunities.
  • Conduct research and competitive analysis, and provide reports regarding prospects, new technology trends, and service offerings.
  • Anchoring client visits from the planning stage, identifying key participants, storyboard for the meeting, reviewing content, planning demos/team discussions, and front-ending the discussions.
  • Mentor junior members of the team.

Requirements

  • Post Graduate / Graduate with 8-10 years of experience in a Presales / Sales Support role in an IT services company
  • Strong techno-commercial/ business orientation and should have worked in delivery roles early in their career
  • Good understanding of pricing, effort estimations, global delivery models, etc.
  • Knowledge of SDLC of projects (Requirements Analysis, Design, Development, Testing, and Implementation).
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Good knowledge of technology latest technology trends.
