Job Responsibilities

You would be managing our Recruitment activities, wherein we cherry-pick members based on set persona based on our set value system. Independently manage the full spectrum of talent acquisition services as a strategic advisor to all partners (vacancies across all levels). Utilizes business acumen, judgment, and enterprise-wide thinking while driving successful outcomes for the customer.

Requirements

  • MBA degree in HR with 8+ years of related experience as a sourcing specialist and minimum 3 years of leading a recruitment team in the IT industry
  • Has strong business acumen.
  • Experience in a corporate or agency predominantly in IT hiring
  • Strong communication, negotiation, influencing skills, and well-networked
  • Thinks customers and business first while acting with integrity.
  • Demonstrates ability to influence customers and drive the recruiting process with speed and expertise as a strategic advisor
  • Demonstrates the ability to multitask, work in a fast-paced environment, and work with highly confidential information.
  • In-depth knowledge of interviewing techniques, processes, and tools
