Job Responsibilities

• Knowledge and experience in conducting Learning needs identification and analysis.
• Conceptualize, Design, develop and deliver soft skills training/facilitation/teaching on topics such as Communication skills, Presentation skills, Intercultural training.
• Possesses knowledge of training methodologies, Instructional design, Coaching, Knowledge of Psychometric assessments/ certifications
• Familiar with use of digital tools for delivery of virtual training.

Requirements

Desired Technical Skills
• Possesses knowledge of behavioural coaching and has experience conducting one to one coaching discussions.
• Design, develop and deliver leadership training programs for L3s and L4s.
Accountability :

• Deliver communication skills training programs.
• Conduct cross cultural awareness program for the onsite travelling aspirants.
• Equip the technical leads and first-time managers with requisite presentation skills.
• Conduct career development needs assessment with business stakeholders.
• Conduct timely assessment on communication skills for employees at various levels and plan for a training program in accordance with the outcome.
• Conduct pre, intermediate and post training assessments.
• Create and maintain reports on employees’ soft skills learning goals.
• Promote the usage of helpdesk ticketing system for training requests.
• Effectively make usage of the Kirk Patrick model

• Have experience working for technology services organization in the soft skills development space.
• Have an MBA degree (preferable)
