Job Responsibilities

  • Responsible for leading and driving marketing and communication strategies for building our brand and raising brand awareness to reach prospective employees (USA and India) through innovative strategies.
  • Responsible for communicating the brand story, higher purpose, vision, and values.
  • Analyze trends and market analysis, and marketing best practices to create and execute successful marketing strategies.
  • Translate brand elements into plans and go-to-market strategies.
  • Lead the creative development initiatives for all internal activities to motivate the target audience to “take action.”
  • Responsible for end-to-end content design and strategy.
  • Source, engage, and manage external agencies to execute the marketing strategy where required


  • MBA in marketing from a reputed management institute.
  • 10+ years of digital marketing experience with a digital agency, media company, or technology services company.
  • Highly creative with experience in brand activation and execution.
  • Should be well-versed in the craft of telling brand stories.
  • Excellent written and spoken communication skills.
