Senior Quality Engineer – ServiceNow – India

• You would be responsible for full life-cycle testing activities (manual and DB testing) of applications based on defined requirements
• Defining, developing test cases and defect reporting
• Closely working with our client’s for requirement clarifications, testing related discussions, issue/defect resolution, and work status discussions
• Knowledge in any RPA tool & ServiceNow / any ticketing system experience is an advantage

• Strong test automation (any tool is good, however, RPA experience is a plus) beside the regular SDLC, testing experience.
• The test case design, writing, execution, and reporting
• ServiceNow / any ticketing system knowledge is a plus
