• Effectively manage employee relationship by leveraging technology.
• Have regular touchpoints with every employee to ensure their professional well-being.
• Build trust by genuinely caring, coaching the individual to achieve their career goals.
• Remove bottlenecks that prevent individuals from having good relationships with their managers / peers / subordinates /client /leadership.
• Coordinate with multiple functions to remove the hurdles in individuals’ growth, happiness and/or alignment to the organization.
• Ensure better retention through a strong collaboration with various functions adding value to an employee’s growth and happiness.
Growth :
• Have experience dealing with complex/sensitive day to day people management issues in a similar IT set up.
• Have an MBA degree

• Find innovative ways to build better connect between employees across the organization.
• Identify the high calibre employees and keep them engaged to reduce attrition.
• Contribute to the organizational growth by playing the role of a business partner.

• Be a team player.
• Liaison with various function heads and owners to help employees have a great experience., by addressing concerns.
