Job Responsibilities

  • The technical recruiter will be responsible for working with a global and local team of talent acquisitions specialists to fill both internal and external staff augmentation requirements in the Software Development and IT industry. The TR will have to source candidates and submit all resumes to the staffing director for review. The TR will be responsible for the candidate relationship and be able to provide continuous feedback through the sourcing, interviewing, and offer phase.
  • The TR must be an excellent communicator and be organized. The ability to handle multiple requisitions and meet deliverables both internal to external clients will be critical. Excellent oral and written commutation is a must for this role.
  • The ability to use the Microsoft Office suite of applications is a  plus and the ability to work autonomously in a fully remote environment will be critical to success.
  • The TR will be responsible for conducting video/phone screens as well as logging reference calls for candidates as required.
  • If the TR has experience in a full desk environment, they will be subject to sales and account management duties that will include:
    • MSA negotiations
    • CRM data entry
    • Account Management
    • Job Order procurement
    • Client Staff Aug advisement
    • Budget/Salary/Hourly negotiations

Requirements

  • Good Experience in Temp or Contract Staffing
  • 3-6 years of current technical recruiter experience required
      • Experienced with hiring Software developers, QA, data architects, and other software related individuals
  • 1+ years of using some sort of ATS
        • Vultus
        • Bullhorn
        • Paychecks
        • Or other relevant ATS
  • Experience using or working with VMS platforms
  • Ability to source candidates through a variety of mediums
    • LinkedIn
    • Networking
    • Monster
    • Dice
    • Indeed
    • Or other Job boards that are relevant to IT Staffing
    • Experience working on a full desk a huge place

Location: Remote – USA (Denver Preferred)
