Tony brings with him extensive experience in executive leadership functions in the Global IT services industry since 1980. Tony is responsible for providing the vision and strategic direction for Opteamix. His vision for Opteamix is to build an organization which focuses on the unique situation of each client and work toward establishing efficiencies without compromises. He is a keen advocate of using global delivery for delivering IT services and truly believes that Opteamix provides a completely unique experience to its clients.
Before starting Opteamix, Tony was the Corporate Executive Vice President for CIBER Inc., where he was responsible for North American Operations and Global Delivery. Prior to CIBER, Tony was the founder and CEO for Q-DATA in the US, an $800 million global IT services company in South Africa (now Business Connexion).
Tony started his IT career as a Systems Analyst, after qualifying in Computer Sciences from the University of Witwatersrand in Johannesburg.
Kote is a seasoned entrepreneur with a demonstrated track record of translating business vision into measurable outcomes. He is recognized for his expertise in building large global delivery centers. He focuses on strategic and operational excellence while offering leadership to all the Opteamizers. He oversees software delivery, human resources, and finance functions to ensure Opteamix achieves its projected goals. He provides effective and inspiring leadership by being actively involved in all Opteamix programs and services, working with teams to build an environment of trust.
Kote is deeply passionate about providing basic necessities such as health, education, and shelter for the underprivileged in India. He is the founder of "Right to Live", a social technology platform that aims to connect the less privileged with the healthcare ecosystem, including financial donors.
Kote’s keen sense of business acumen is an outcome of his prior leadership roles as the President of India for NYSE-listed CIBER Inc., Founder and CEO of Iteamic (Acquired by CIBER), and Senior Partner at Ivega Corporation. He has a degree in Computer Science Engineering from the University of Mysore.
Niyogi is an energetic go-getter, with 18 years of experience in the IT industry and in client servicing. Niyogi is responsible for client relationship management, new client acquisition, and business development. As a global delivery solutions expert, he focuses on defining best-breed solutions for Opteamix clients. He has successfully led and driven global sales cycles for complex, long-term IT deals with multi-disciplinary distributed teams. His key strengths include strategy, IT sales, business planning and execution, and managing client relationships at the CXO level.
Prior to Opteamix, Niyogi served as Senior Vice President of Client Services at CIBER, following the acquisition of Iteamic, a company he co-founded in 2003, and for which he served as a Senior Partner.
Niyogi has a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management from the University of Mysore and has undergone an Executive Management Program from the Indian School of Business - Hyderabad.
Affectionately called “Rama,” Shrinivas is responsible for managing solutions and service delivery at Opteamix. He is also responsible for leading and managing a high performance team that ensures exceptional service delivery through efficient implementation of technology and process directed at ensuring customer delight across all engagements. Rama brings over 20 years of experience in IT service delivery, program management, software development, and client management, and is a big proponent of using agile methodology for global delivery.
Prior to Opteamix, Rama was a Delivery Director with CIBER, where he played a pivotal role in managing its West Coast clients in the US, as well as establishing agile methodology as part of IT service delivery. Earlier in his career, Rama worked with companies such as Wipro, Siemens, Hexaware, and Aptech in critical roles.
Rama is a Certified Scrum Master, Certified Scrum Practitioner, and Agile Practice Lead. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering from the National Institute of Technology (Raipur, India) and a MBA degree from TAPMI – TA Pai Management Institute (Manipal, India).
Vinay is responsible for marketing, business solutions, and transition at Opteamix. He is responsible for designing and executing marketing strategies and go-to-market initiatives. Additionally, he works closely with the sales and delivery teams to ensure that new client transition is smooth and efficient. Vinay has prior expertise in Banking, Financial Services, and e-Commerce domains. His past roles have given him rich and diverse experience in the areas of marketing, transition and migration, business analysis, solution design, and market research.
Prior to Opteamix, Vinay was with CIBER, where he established an offshore pre-sales support team and a market research team. Vinay has worked in critical positions with Siemens, Infosys, and Thomson Reuters.
Vinay holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, an MBA in Marketing from University of Mysore, and a Certificate in Finance from the Institute of Chartered Financial Analysts of India (ICFAI).
Anna is a senior financial professional with over 20 years of financial and management experience. She is responsible for all financial activities at Opteamix including P&L management, Planning/Forecasting/Reporting, Variance analysis, Accounting (US GAAP/Indian GAAP), Compliance (Direct / Indirect taxes), and Internal controls. Additionally, she is also responsible for managing the US operations for Opteamix. Her background and experience as a successful finance and accounting professional has contributed to establishing best practices and improving financial efficiency at Opteamix.
Prior to Opteamix, Anna has worked with companies such as High Noon Entertainment and Video Bloom in senior positions, and in South Africa she worked for the Standard Bank of South Africa Ltd for 14 years, in various positions related to commercial lending, credit assessment/ financial analysis, including management responsibilities.
Anna has a BFA degree from University of Colorado at Denver and Finance Diplomas from the Institute of Bankers in South Africa.
Prashanth is responsible for delivery IT solutions and services to Opteamix global clients, building the Analytics Practice and strengthening the Analyst Centre of Excellence (ACE). He has over 18 years of IT services delivery and consulting experience with leading global organizations. He is a big proponent of using Centers of Excellence model to build technical and delivery competencies and has experience setting up centers of excellence for Analytics, Business Analysis, Software Development and QA in his previous engagements.
Prashanth has held leadership roles at Target, a Fortune 50 retail organization and has extensive IT consulting, program delivery and change management experience with Keane (now NTT Data) a global IT services firm. During his career he has worked extensively with senior management in business and IT across USA and Europe and managed globally distributed teams to deliver multi-year enterprise transformational programs in Retail, Financial Services, Telecom and Manufacturing domains.
Prashanth holds a Bachelors degree in Engineering from University of Mysore and is MBA from S.P Jain Institute of Management & Research.
Walt Carper as Senior Vice President of Delivery owns the leadership of Opteamix’s delivery organization in North America and drives Opteamix’s global practices and capabilities, providing local accountability and seamless integration of services to ensure a successful outcome for our client. Walt brings with him leadership experience gained from his 25 plus years of IT management experience with Fortune 500 firms across North America. He is an experienced software delivery leader with proven track record of turning customer challenges into customer success stories through high-quality service delivery.
Prior to his appointment at Opteamix, Walt served as Vice President – IT for Maximus Inc., one of America’s largest health and human services provider responsible for software delivery, budget development, performance and introduction of innovation and best practices across his portfolio. He has also worked with well-known firms across North America including Microsoft, NASDAQ, Turner Broadcasting, TIAA-CREF, Ernst & Young etc.
Walt holds a Masters in Systems Engineering from John Hopkins University and has a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering from Virginia Polytechnic Institute. He is a Certified Project Management Professional (PMP), PMI Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP) and has a certification from ITIL Foundation on Information Infrastructure.
